Indigo Condominiums Update
Ahwatukee will soon join the list as one of the prized locations of a Starpointe contemporary and carefree residential community. Construction on Indigo condominiums will commence later this summer with sales following in November.
Located on 50th Street between Chandler and Frye Blvd., Indigo will consist of 108 homes in 15 two-story buildings.
The community will offer one- and two- bedroom single story homes ranging in size from approximately 900 square feet to over 1200 square feet. All homeowners will enjoy the convenience of direct access two-car garages. Community extras include a pool, spa and barbecue area.
The homes will be very similar to one of Starpointes' sold out Chandler communities, The Villas at Biagio located on Chandler Blvd. and Rural Rd. You can learn more about Biagio by visiting www.starpointeproperties.com.
The first move-ins are expected to begin in spring 2007 with community completion estimated for spring 2008.
All VIP members will be sent notice when it is time to register for this community online via your VIP profile. We currently estimate that registration will begin in September with the deadline for registration following in October. Floor plans, site plans, and features will be available closer to sales beginning. Pricing and exact sales procedures have not yet been decided.
