Condominiums Planned for Starpointe Land Purchase in Awhatukee

Scottsdale, AZ—Arizona's largest condominium developer closed yesterday on 9 acres in Phoenix on 50th street, between Chandler Blvd. and Frye Rd.

Starpointe Communities purchased the land from the Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Phoenix for approximately 2.6 million and plans to build a 108-unit condominium community called Indigo.

Indigo will feature one and two bedroom floor plans with attached garages. The gated community will feature homes very similar to one of Starpointe's Chandler communities, The Villas at Biagio at Chander Blvd. and Rural Rd.

Construction is expected to start late this summer, with sales following in the fall. The community will be completed 18 months from the beginning of construction.

Starpointe Communities has an eight year history of providing exceptional value and quality to homeowners throughout the valley with over 2100 homes built. To learn more about Starpointe, visit www.starpointeproperties.com.
