Starpointe Plans to Develop Upscale Condos in North Phoenix
11 acres at Tatum Blvd. & Paradise Village Parkway South to become Aderra.
Scottsdale, AZ—Starpointe Communities closed today on 11 acres in north Phoenix and plans to develop the land into a luxury condominium community called Aderra.
The land located on the southwest corner of Tatum Blvd. & Paradise Village Parkway South offers a prime location; adjacent to Stonecreek Golf Course, just down the street from Paradise Valley Mall, and located in the midst of major retail, dining & business.
This private gated community will consist of 312 homes in 13 three-story buildings. Aderra's four spacious floorplans will range in size from 870 to over 1,300 square feet in one, two and three bedroom options. Homes will feature impressive 10' ceilings, fireplaces, and open floorplans. Amenities will include a designer clubhouse, pool, spa, and state-of-the-art fitness center.
With its extraordinary location, many homes at Aderra will offer amazing golf course and mountain views.
Starpointe plans to begin construction in Fall 2004, and sales are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2005. Prices will range from the $180's to $300's.
